What did Larry Craig do in the bathroom stall to get arrested?

As I understand it, it goes like this.

Undercover cop is in the stall in a restroom where civilians have complained of sexual activity. Guy comes in and scopes him out through the crack by the door, then enters stall next to him and sits down. Dude then taps his right foot up and down, which could be totally innocent, but which cop says is a signal of sexual desire/intent. Cop then taps his left foot a couple of times, whereupon the Dude moves his foot over, under the stall divider, until it is touching the cop's foot. Then he reaches under the stall wall and swishes it back and forth a few times. Cop holds his ID under the stall and motions towards the door, Dude says "no!", stand up and heads out without flushing the toilet.


Now, I've used thousands of public bathroome around the world, and nobody has EVER touched me under the stall while I was taking a dump, not ever.

According to what I read, he tapped the guy in the next stall on the foot. The article went on to say that this is a single that one wants to have sex.

they said he was tapping his feet and that is MEANT to be a signal to others that he looking for sex...........gee had better stop doing that n the stall right now don't you think, or it could just have been like me tapping feet cos I am in pain and trying to pooh.............other than that I sort of lost interest in the whole thing, mind you seems MIGHTY odd that he would plead guilty to anything he had not done.
