Not like it really matters, but how did Mick Jagger go from dashingly handsome to creepy and scary?

1. I love and respect his music.
2. Most "old people" don't look creepy.
3. Obviously he isn't young anymore, but his skin just looks really unusual to me.

Personally never thought him to be "dashingly handsome" but then I'm a heterosexual male, and tend to go for the fair sex.
Back to your question:
Getting older, and probably his aging might have been accelerated by a bit of "substance abuse?"

Mick Jagger was never dashingly handsome, when age takes it's toll we all change to creepy and scary.
Mick Jagger is the same person he was when young he has simply matured. If he had died we would say that drugs, women and fast living killed him, fortunately we can't say that because he's still out living most, who were dashingly handsome, could sing much better, but scary & creepy.
