Republicans must all volunteer to fight Islamic extremism if they want to quell terrorism.

That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Incorrect. How would all Republicans enlisting make it possible to fight Islam? How about Democrats? How about Libertarians? How about homosexuals? How about Mothers Against Drunk Driving? This is by far one of the most inane questions I have seen on Y!A.

we need to fight extremist islam, not just islam in general. the bad thing about this is the extremism is spreading like wildfire and is going to be a big problem sooner rather than later. a solution needs to be found, because the more extremism expands, the worse it gets for americans and their way of life.

We are not fighting all of Islam, we are fighting Terrorism and the Islamic Fascists. To answer your question, we need ALL Americans to enlist to fight this enemy.

Go ship the Republicans off. The majority of them follow outdated politics anyway. Send them there (which I'm sure half of them are too afraid to) so we can get rid of them.
In fact, let's look at who they will be missed by:
Democrats who want to withdrawl.
Liberals who praise peace.
Conservatives complaining about the war's help in budget defecits and it's senseless direction.
Moderates who are slowely siding with either the Dems or Conservatives.
Oh, but you won't be missed by the Muslims. I hear they have pretty good aim!

Why do we all not just sit back and allow the terrorist come onto our land and blow our schools, hospitals, government buildings(now that's an idea), malls, churches and what not up.
Let them strap bombs onto our children to blow their families up.
And to change our Freedom to Fear.
Now that is a GRAND IDEA.
