A lot of the songs in this movie are from an older Switchfoot CD. The CD is called New way to be Human and this song is called "Only Hope" there are several versions of this song in the movie but I think Switchfoot's version is the best.
Switchfoot is famous for being a popular Christian rock band and is most commonly known for their songs Meant to live, Dare you to move, Oh, Gravity!, Stars, and Awakening.
They are currently on tour with Relient K

It's called "Only Hope" Mandy Moore sung it in the movie and Switchfoot sung a version too you can find both versions on youtube by typing in only hope
