Bill Clinton violated Federal Regulations regarding sexual harrassment, having sex with a subordinate. You said his was "personal", which was a flat out wrong headed assessment.

Just ask yourself if you'd rather have sex in the oval office with a member of the opposite sex that you've known, or a sex in a public toilet with a stranger of the same sex.
