If a person does not tell you what kind of computer, you cannot give any advise! They also need to say what operating system they have! And their are so many other factors to. People need to learn how to ask their questions!

You cant assume that everyone is as IT savvy as you. Some people really have no idea about computers. Some people simply forgot to mention but once they read the replies, sometimes they will provide further details.
