A person with refined tast should have their attitude and emotions refined also, calm, peaceful, adjusted, happy, satisfied and generally sane. High expectations can cause disatisfaction, unthankfulness, discontent, judging others, petulance, immaturity, nit picking, critical and generally insane. We need to refine and redefine sanity.
