Personally, I feel that marijuana should be legalized. This would allow the Drug Enforcement Agency and the vice departments of city police to deal with more harmful drugs such as cocaine.

I don't hear about any murders or violent crimes committed by a person who is high on marijuana. Whether or not smoking marijuana is "bad" for you doesn't need to play a part in whether it is legal or not because we already know how dangerous smoking tobacco is but it remains legal.

Also, I believe marijuana should be available to people who are suffering as a result of chemotherapy or MS or other progressive health conditions.

Legalize it. Allow hemp as a sustainable crop in the US again. I think drugs should be legal, alcohol is, legalize it all. The Government needs to stay out of it.

I try not to stand on it, as it breaks the stalks.

The only reason it's not legal is because if it was, people could grow their own, and the big pharmacuetical companies wouldn't have control of it.
