No, you will totally screw up the composting process that way. Urine is salty and will have the exact opposite effect you want. To make your compost do it's thing faster, make sure to keep it stirred up.

It will speed up your compost, but maybe not as fast as you would like. It's sterile and it's full of nutrients. Go in a bucket and pour the bucket onto the compost every day. If there are worms, they'll be in the bottom of the compost on the ground, and you're dumping the urine on top. It won't hurt them.
Why do you need the compost sooner than every 3 months anyway? Really every 6 months is often enough, for fertilizing and mulching.

I doubt it would speed up the process.
When I was stationed in Korea, they told us to be aware of the food that we ate in town. They use human waste as manure, so when they pull the food out of the ground, such as carrots, human waste could be in contact with the food. Now as long as it was washed properly and cooked properly, you generally had nothing to worry about.
One of the problems with using human waste is that we are meat eaters so our waste will contain undigested meat. Using waste in a compost pile could attract rats and I'm sure nobody wants that.
Your talking really only about pee. With the exception that it could create a big stink, your probably not speeding up the process.
If you have a big garden, you really should have a good sized compost pile and with regular turnover, you should always have a good supply waiting for you.

Undiluted urine will be caustic to the worms and other little critters in your compost. Their presence is what composting is all about. Kill them, and you definitely slow down the process.
Turning your pile, and watering it occasionally if it's dry is the fastest way to make compost.

That would help , if there wasn't enough nitrogen , although I wouldn't reccommend it .If somebody got the wrong idea about it , you might have to go somewhere unpleasant , before your compost is ready . ;D If you put enough green material in (grass clippings, green leaves, etc ) there should be plenty of N.
