i found a pill in my drawer. virtually 100% certain it's from a party a little over two years ago. does that stuff expire or would it be the same/similar as if i took it back then?

All drugs expire after a certain amount of time. An illegal one will expire a lot faster because it is less pure to start with, and the drug dealer doesn't care whether the product is stable or not (a pharmaceutical firm spends a lot to produce a stable product). Throw it away.
