My nipples are very sensitive. I am about 13 years old. What do I do?

you might be allergic to the fabric or the laundry detergent. Do you feel itchy all the time in other places ( Don t be gross you know what i mean ) ?

I had this problem too when I was around the same age. I asked my other friends about, and they said it was normal for some boys to have these "sensitive" nipples. For now, the best thing you can do is try not to irritate it too much, other than that, hang in there.

During adolescence our hormones are all over teh place.
This can cause sensetivity of the nipples.
It should settle soon, and will hopefully make you more sensitive to girls, who often experience this every month for years!

are they sensitive during certain times of the month -meaning it might be hormone related. have your mom make an appointment with your doctor if you are concerned. for most of us, it's normal.
