what's good for breakfast at jack in the box?
and if you name a sandwich can you tell me what's in it.

Three Breakfast Jacks and a coffee with lots of sugar. You eat one Jack right away, because you are hungry. Then when you get into work eat one about 20 minutes after you get in then start taking your time to eat your second Jack and drink your coffee. Two hours later, for a mid morning snack eat your last Jack. You might even be able to convince someone that you haven’t had a chance to eat your breakfast yet. And, they are a dollar so how can you go wrong there?

The Sourdough Breakfast Jack is pretty good. It has the basic stuff: ham, eggs and cheese. Their burritos are pretty good too. I would check the website for more choices :)
