a plain white tee and a jean jacket. simple but so cute! and white wedge heels.

I would wear a white cotton short sleeved button up shirt with a collar. A fitted one. One with a feminine cap sleeve, a bit of ruffle on the front or a mandarin collar. Clean, crisp and summery!! :)

Pale yellow... well if it's like a pastel yellow I would suggest a white button up blouse (depending on the length of the skirt...)

Try a solid in a bright [ hot pink, red, royal ] or a neutral [ black, ivory, charcoal ], fitted T or blouse.
Add shoes that match the top or bottom, and a jacket if necessary.
