Your issue needs to be taken up with the Labor Board in your state. Go to your state's website, and look under Labor Department.

Most Subway shops are franchises, which means that a person can basically buy the name. Because of this you won't be able to complain to the corporate about this. But if you still feel that he didn't pay you right, go to your state's department of labor, but be sure that you have some sort of proof to be able to back up your claim.

they didn't pay you right? Did you clock in and out correctly? You are responsible for assuring your time records are correct. If not, you will need to work this out with the owner. The parent company has nothing to do with the owner paying his employees.

try contacting them at the main website. it would be best to see the manager and then get to the owner of the franchise. if it is a franchised store. subway does right? well i don't know, but its best to meet them in person.
