MAL says that there is mild nudity in it, and they are usually very accurate.

It depends on what you consider nudity? If showing nipples and other exposed body parts then no there is no nudity. A lot of fan service but then it can be mild nudity. I say its more fan service but thats just me. I have seen both seasons BTW.
