Well, congratulations. You've discovered how user unfriendly this site is when it comes to math notation and graphics.
I'm not sure, but I think you're talking either inequalities <, ≤, ≥, and >. You can pretty much treat them like = signs in mot cases. The only thing that causes a problem is multiplying both sides by a negative value. If you do that, you flip the sign... that means < becomes > or ≥ becomes ≤. If you think about it, 3<5, and -3>-5... it just makes sense.
However, if you're talking about angle measurement, ∠ABC being the angle formed by the lines BA and BC intersecting at point B, they're just numbers. In arithmetic you worked with funny little squiggles like 1,2,3,4,5, etc. In algebra you found that letters can be used in place of the numbers, and that letters used in place of numbers obey all the same rules as numbers.
In geometry you get to deal with angles, the lengths of line segments, the lengths of curves. But, just like letters, they just represent numbers and obey all the same rules as numbers. For example. if the length of line segment AB is added to the length of the line segment CD, it doesn't matter which order you add them... AB+CD = CD+AB
Of course, I may not understand the question, and you may already know all this stuff.

Inequalities? I can certainly help there.
I don't know of any websites like that but I can do you one better.
Write me at othergaming@yahoo.com
I tutor for my Junior and even Senior friends all the time. A little Geometry is a piece of cake.
I love to help so just send me a message.
