Good thing he missed it. God, I wish I'd have missed it; the quality of play in that game set football back 50 years.

Ever since the Dec. 20 announcement that top Florida State receiver Marvin Minnis was academically ineligible, Seminoles coaches and players were universal in their belief that other receivers would step up, no problem.

That would be Marvin "Snoop" Minnis. He also turned out to be a supreme waste of a draft pick for the Chiefs - who seem to have an unimaginable amount of trouble identifying good DT and WR talent in the draft.

It wouldn't have mattered. OU had one of the best defenses ever that year. Damn I miss Mike Stoops as Defensive Coordinator!

It was Snoop Minnis. I had him in one of my classes when I
was there. That dude was so stupid. That guy could not speak to save his life.
