Ah so many opinions about L.A..... lets see safe... as with any big city depends on where you choose to do your wandering... warm always... even in the winter you can find a warm heart to welcome you... or a sunny place to warm a cold heart & soul... ;p

You'd probably be too warm - looking at that fur coat your wearing. Safe - I doubt it - with all those gun-happy police and gang members you probably wouldn't last five minutes. I suggest somewhere in the Virginia's.

You would be safe anywhere (except in terrorists countries )if you just don't hang around seedy joints or travel all by yourself in lonely places & you take care of yourself & be on your guard

1. you don't need to be warm you have a big fur coat
2. i don't think they are too keen on having wolves running around in LA so you might get picked up, or shot, or both...
