why do so many people insist communisim is some evil law of the land? Me personally- am not one for insensitive dog eat dog capitalism. But in fact prefer socialism acutaly.

Would dennis kunnicack or Ron Paul qualify as SOCIALIST?

Far too unfortunate that you assume Quakers are communist!, you could only have gotton that idea from Republican propaganda. The Quakers are Peace lovers, people that if we had more of the world, it would be a
better place. However you are correct about the Bush scandals!

Why do you make such sweeping generations. The Quakers are not communists and the Republicans are not nazis. If it wasn't for the support of the Republican party neither the civil rights act nor the voting rights act in the mid 60s would have passed. If you want to see a disregard for the Constitution why do Dems carve away at both the 1st and 2nd amendments? Why do they ignore the 10th amendment. If you want to look at scandal, where were you when Clinton formed the first defence fund a president ever needed. You have blinders on, take them off and look at the truth.

First of all, learn to SPELL. Second, where in god's grey earth did you get the idea that quakers are communists, when, at the very least, they are APOLITICAL? Do you know the term? If they look soooooo good to you, maybe you should go live in their community for a while, and maybe after several years, you will grasp a dim idea of just what HARD WORK IS.
You need to do some serious growing up, and the Quaker lifestyle seems like a good place for you to start.

you say communist and most people instantly think bad.

i don't believe that's true. i think the concept was a good one, but like anything else people can mess things up.

i would rather be a communist quaker then a republican nazi.

Do you have any other choices? I don't like either of the ones you mentioned. Couldn't I just be a liberal Democrat, with a moderate leaning on certain issues?
