i want to get a clean start so i can make the computer fast and everytine so plz help i need an easy way

I recommend a tool call Darik's Boot 'n' Nuke (http://dban.sourceforge.net/). It works great and is thorough (NSA thorough).
Download the .iso image, burn to CD, boot the CD, run the tool. Just make sure to point it at the correct hard drive if there are more than one. It is very thorough.

If you are not talking about the primary partition (where the OS is installed), then you can just right click and format them. That should get rid of whatever is inside there.
If you are talking about the primary partition, you have to set the BIOS priority to CD-ROM and then insert you windows installation disk and proceed step by step as per screen instruction.

If you have a Windows CD or a restore disk, they will ask you if you want to reformat. Reformatting gets rid of everything, including all your music, pictures, and software, including Windows. Of course, then you will need to reinstall Windows and all your software.

use windows to erase the hard drive or use a third party eraser (eg. kill disk)
