Do you think that the human kind would bring along the end of the Earth with their extinction? Or that the destruction of Earth (caused by human impact) would end the human race? Do you think the human kind would find another place in the universe to reside on before the destruction of the Earth? Or do you think that after billions of years after the extinction or being abandoned by the human kind due to lack of resources, the Earth would once again restore to its previous phase and heal the manmade scars with time. Then, would another species would come out for domination?

lol

The Earth has seen mass extinctions a number of times due to natural disasters. Humans wiping out all life on earth? I don't give us that much credit. I think we can do a pretty close job if we really put our minds to it. But as always the life on this planet will continue on like it has for millions of years.

Will humans move to other parts of the universe? Not likely at the rate we are going. With population going unchecked we will over crowd the planet tapping most of it resources before gain the technology to move beyond our own solar system. Seems kind of gloom and doom but as a species we really need to stop rationalizing that everything is going to be okay and start doing something now.

I think humans will be gone before Earth is. It'll probably be something like a virus or global warming that will kill us. Animals that aren't affected by the virus would keep on living, and organisms that like warmth will probably flourish if there's global warming. The kind of life would change, but there'd still be something alive. And it's possible that humans will die out because they'll have evolved into some other, better adapted species. That'd take a long time though.

We give ourselves far too much credit for being able to affect the planet!!
The planet will balance herself!
We will survive, and so will the planet!

The earth constantly heals "man made " scars.
The earth constantly heals "earth made" scars.
Earth made scars or extra terrestrial scars are far more likely to end the human race than we are!

You do raise an interesting point about another species.
The earth and other forces of nature may have destroyed life on this planet several times.
We are here for the ride now!!!!

LOFL!!

Certainly, and lots of serious attempts have already been made by fools. The USA already has tens of thousands of nuclear warheads. Russia has many thousands of nuclear warheads. Detonation could wipe out our total civilization.

Some idiots tried mailing Anthrax Powder through the postal service to destinations around the USA. That could start a world epidemic and wipe out humanity.

The replacements for humanity are fairly obvious i think. House roaches and mice will rule the world in the absence of humans.

Wow! thats a deep question.
I'm sure Bush will do his best to kill us all off. After a dozen or so nuclear half life's, nature will bounce back. Who knows, the new life may like glowing in the dark.

I really don't think we will ever make it off this rock, we're having to good of a time craping in our nest. Once it backs up enough, nature will compost us, it always happens. Thats pretty much natures job.

Why go to the stars when you can spend all your money blowing up stuff. After all, build a space ship and all you have is this really cool way to explore stuff. Build a big bomb and you have a big hole in the ground and a big noise.

We never know when earth will end. But certainly humans contribute a great percentage for destroying the earth.
Studies haven't gone yet of finding some creatures lurking around our solar systems. And I think there is no such thing as aliens.
