Not really -- except that morality is often very specific to one culture or religion, while justice is (or can be) more general.

So, it's possible to throw away a specific morality in the pursuit of some overall balanced neutral sense of justice.

But without either morality or justice (in the form of ethics), there cannot be any determinative "right thing" to do.

not really.

I suppose it is meaning that you shouldn't expect people to be moral (essentally means do the right thing)
and not try to fix it using the law (justice) or expect that people will get what they deserve and things will be fair.

But let the chips fall where they may.
Why are you asking in this section? Give us more info it doesn't make sense out of context like that.

It also seems to be contradictive because it says not to expect things to turn out well but hope that they do.

Morality has to start with the individual. Laws (jusitce) are designed to keep people from destroying each other (at least that is the intention). Morality is not enforceable but laws are. Personally I am against enforcing moral ideology's that don't cause others harm. For example 2 gay adults getting married never hurt anyone. Prostitution is harmful, it spreads disease and creates potential for a slave trade. Child molesters destroy a child's life and sense of self worth. We need laws because many people are hedonistic, they will do what is 'right' for them even if it will destroy another person, you name the crime.

It means you are Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, Lindsey Lohan, have a great attorney who costs a fortune and can get you off with little or no time surved. it doesn't make any sense to me. I feel you commited the crime, you deal with the consquences. If you have morals, you follow the laws the way they are written without twisting them to configure to the outcome of your choosing.
