How to test a 2 yrs old IQ?

I was wondering about this because there was a two year old recently on the news for having the highest IQ in here age level...I am just curious because I worked with lots of 2 yrs old, but my nephew seems to be a lot smarter than most in his age group.

Thats because he is your nephew and don't worry about I Q just love him and expose him to as much info. as he seems interested in. Read to him and try to discourage him from massive amounts of T.V.
