Method 1: Press pastry cutter gently onto a slice of toast bread (do not press all the way through). Toast the bread to reveal the pattern.
Method 2: Use a pastry cutter to cut decorative shapes from slices of fruit. Try watermelon, kiwifruit or Apple.
Method 3: (My favourite) Cut shapes from thawed puff pastry on a lined tray. Brush with egg and top with sesame or poppy seeds. Bake
