Of course it depends. If any of the little wires get broken, it will probably not work properly. The best way to find out is to install it and see if it runs.

Potentially.
Depends on weather the screwdriver broke any of the circuitry printed on the board when it scratched. And also if anything was shorted in the process of being scratched.

That depends. You'll have to test it to be sure. Chances are it will be damaged, but a light surface scratch shouldn't do much.

it can,,but it depends on what part of the motherboard you scratch,,if you scratch on a very sensitive part it can lead your board to malfunction. but if you scratch a not that sensitive part theres nothing to worry about. next time be very careful with your board.

It's a possibility, but probably not. You would have to cut one of the circuits or somehow get them to short for it to malfunction.
