Thank you all! My son got a flat screwdriver and hit it with a hammer right at the spot of the lock going into the wall. It worked. And my 15 year old daughter is safe and sound. The hinges were inside the bathroom so we couldn't do that trick. The little hole wasn't responding. So thank you all for your advice during my trying time!!!

Maybe this will help you.......................................................

Push button locks: The doorknob on the outside of the door has a small hole in it. Find a thick nail or something similar, and push it straight in the hole. You will hear a click, which is the door being unlocked.

Turn button locks: The doorknob on the outside of the door has a small hole in it. In this case you will need to find a small flat-head screwdriver which will fit through the hole. Insert the screwdriver straight in, and rotate gently until you feel it slip into position with the notch. Turn the screwdriver, using pressure to make sure you turn the inside bolt as well. You will hear a click, which is the door being unlocked. If turning the screwdriver doesn't seem to work one way, try it the other direction.

GOOD LUCK!! Replace your door handles throughout your house ASAP!! Also remember to make sure EVERYTHING is childproofed so that you will save yourself a lot of headache later.

There might be a small hole on the handle. You can slide a small screwdriver in here and turn (that should pop the lock).

OR

pry back the trim piece and stick a credit card in the "slot" where the tongue fits into the hole. This should unlock the door (or at least allow you to open it).

Look for a tiny hole in the middle of the handle, or just below, push a toothpick in there, and open up the door.

Take a caliper 12 and shoot the door handle, if it does not work throw a granade on the door handle, if it still does not help get your truck and smash the wall.
