living in the city, I have only read about those places...but they sound like full time campgrounds

u didn't elaborate on what u were lookin for. So I'll take a stabe at it. Since I'm from Missouri if you like the outdoors and beautiful scenery... Missouri is the place. They have everything...and a short drive and your in the the countryside. "Free" Zoo the Arch, Wine Vinyards Casino's Museums. Most of all friendly people. The Job market and the downtown area's are tourists attractions. As far as Montana is concerned it seems like a place where people want to get away from society and live a loners life..yuk...lol I vote for Missouri.. Good luck

I should be loyal to Missouri since that is where I live, but.....I choose Montana. No as hot, not in Tornado Alley, and not having the drought we currently do.

Born and raised in Montana, the best state anywhere. We have Buffalo, Indians, real mountains (not little bitty humps) , clean fresh rivers and streams, clean air and a real shortage of red necks.

Montana. I've never been there but our granddaughter just moved there
for university and plans to live there when she is finished.
