There are lots of flavors of pseudo-science on the web
• lone crackpots who have single-handedly discovered that the world's scientists have gotten it all wrong.
• people for whom religious or spiritual beliefs outweigh any trifling concept of physical reality.
• assorted conspiracy theorists, claiming the moon landings were faked or the WTC was brought down by controlled demolition.
• various free energy or perpetual motion schemes

Cryptozoology is a field commonly associated with pseudo-science. Do a google search for animals like bigfoot or chupacabra. Anyone claiming to do a scientific examination typically rely on a great deal of conjecture.
