Family is a Western term used to denote a domestic group of people, or a number of domestic groups linked through descent (demonstrated or stipulated) from a common ancestor, marriage or adoption.
A family may be defined specifically as a group of people affiliated by consanguinitey, affinity, and co-residence. Although the concept of consanguinity originally referred to relations by blood, many anthropologists argue that the notion of "blood" must be understood metaphorically; some argue that there are many non-Western societies where family is understood through other concepts rather than "blood"
Above is a dictionary defined family.
However, my own definition of family is very simple.
To me FAMILY is Mom, dad, freddy, june, felix and myself.. and everyone related to us, whether it's our kids or spouses.

A family consists of a Mom,Dad, and the children, but to consider a Family, Family the Parents should raised their Kids with Love, and to care for one another. there should always be unity, and also Lots of Love, between the Kids. All those people that either:
A. Annoy the hell out of you and are always butting into your life.
B. Think you are dead until you win the lottery and then all of a sudden they are bringing up memories of when they used to babysit you and how you are their "favorite" family member.

yeah i learnt it on Sesame Street,part of it is those people that could help you and don't and would rather be frivolous with their money than help you, or they act like you don't matter ;and the small part that cares at all don't have much, the rest of them like myself have been through too dang much to afford to pay attention.
