In regards to stixntwigs, the plan is to knock down the wall to the room and enlarge it, and ill make a new question in a few days once i measure the room when I have the time...

First, measure the room by feet, not yards. Measure the width, measure the length. If your room is 5 yards by 5 yards, you have a room that is 15' x 15'. What does your "renovation" idea include? Flooring? Lighting? Wall and window treatments? Knocking down a wall and enlarging the room? I don't know of any contractor that could give you a price until they know what you want as an end result.

What are you considering to renevate? Be a little more specific about what you want done. That's the only way you can get a good estimate.
You'll be better off calling a local contractor and get the free estimates.
