If Castro likes the idea of them and likes their politics, that says one thing to me. That the democrats, especially those two, are the worst scenerio for the US, not to mention it shows what most people already know, that they are socialists!

First of all since a Clinton/Obama ticket has about as much chance as a snowball in hell of happening I wouldn't get to upset about it. What difference does it make what Fidel Castro thinks? The man has one foot in the grave and his poor little communistic country is so poor they are hardly a threat to freedom.
I'm much more worried about raving idiots who run around shouting that liberals are not American. I thought America was a country that was founded upon an idea of democracy which favors the idea of a multi party system. Of course all these conservatives who spout off about liberalism being unamerican sound like they want just one party to choose from which sounds a lot like......hmmmmm communism?

Hey ... what communists are left in the world?
Communism failed because it could not provide
the people with basic things like food, sturdy shoes, etc.
Communist baiting as you seem to be doing reveals a
failure of imagination.
We in the US have nothing to fear from communists. Even the Chinese communists have become capitalist in everything except name. Look at the labels in your clothes, linens, pots, pans, tools. Made in China. Enough said on that front.
So what is the real threat to America?
We are losing on so many fronts:
The dollar is nothing
Education is nothing
The middle class is disappearing
Voters are seduced into thinking that things like
gay rights are the real threat
People are voting against their real interests because of
government propaganda and manipulation.
Were your parents better off than you are?
Did they need two full time workers to put food on the table?
If your mother is alive why not ask her what she thinks about the fact that a gallon of milk cost five dollars.

Castro isn't liberal in the slightest.
He might run his country modeled after communism, but communism isn't known for complete power centralized under a dictator, that is fascism.
You know what fascism is known for right? warantless wiretaps, no checks and balances, not answering to the people, torture, rendition and extra privileges for friends.
and both are completely opposite liberal ideals.
Cuba isn't a thorn in anyone's side. America could destroy Cuba just by allowing the people trying to escape the place, to stay here, and leave that old man sitting on that island by himself.

Of course Casto doesn't want liberals to succeed -- liberals advocate for the very core American values that Casto opposes.
Liberals directly oppose communism. By the very definition of their platform.
And Castro knows that the surest way to stop liberals is by claiming to support them -- becauase he's counting on the fact that so many in the US are going to have knee-jerk reactions against anything Castro claims to support.
So, you're doing exactly what Casto wants -- opposing the people who are trying to uphold American values.
