What is not working at all is the sound. I tried to play the sample music and got this message: "Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There may not be a sound device installed on your computer, it may be in use by another program, or it may not be functioning properly". When I get to the "sounds and audio devices" in the control panel I get the following message: "No audio device". The device volume section is greyed out so I cant make any changes. I need help please.

Just to mention that I have only two cd's 1. The system restore cd and 2. The Operating System cd. These are the cd's I used.

Usually there is a driver CD, but if you don't have it, you don't have it. The manufacturer's web site probably has a "Support" section where often drivers can be found.
