ok im a little confused. i ordered a pair of shoes from Shoes.com at like 8:00 this morning b/c they said it must be before 11:00 am(today is 8/28). so i paid extra for this UPS Next Day (Next business day (PM)..so does that mean my shoes will be here by tm 8/29 ?? or does that mean they ship them tm and they come thursday... someone please explain this to me lol this is my first time shopping online !

It means that UPS will be delivering your shoes tomorrow afternoon.

Next Day means it will be at your house, apartment, etc...the day after it ships. So because you ordered it before 11am this morning it will most likely be there tomorrow the 29th, however if it does not ship from the warehouse tomorrow, than it will be at your house on the 30th. Next day is always the day after it has been shipped from the warehouse. Usually you receive it the next day or the following day after you have ordered an item, unless you order an item on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday

Yep! It could be either day because they have to print the order, pull the order and package and ship the order. My guess you order 8AM 8/28 and pay extra, they should be to you tomorrow afternoon.
