Take very warm towels soaked in Epsom's salts, and place on the area, alternate on for 20 min, off for 20 min, it should help. Plus stay away from aspirin, it thins the blood and the bruises will take longer to go away, I do recomend seeing a Doctor though...

I hope he saw a doctor. I'm sure you are talking about a job related injury. Care would be covered by Workman's Compensation Insurance. The doctor should give you some ideas. I would be putting ice packs on it.

did he have them checked out by a Doctor, and if so didn't he give you and instructions . If not he needs to see a Dr, or risk infection. It's a dirty job .
