Most computers these days come with USB ports already installed, and to attach a USB device requires little more than plugging it in. If your machine has no USB ports, you will need to acquire an interface card which plugs into the motherboard.

A USB what? USB ports usually come on a card, which goes in your computer. If you are not comfortable installing a card in your computer, find someone who is. USB devices usually just plug into a USB port.

When you plug it into the USB port the program should automatically start and ask you if you'd like to install.

Just insert it into the usb port there should be some in the front and some in the back. It should load atomatically and if not they will give you a program disk.

There should be a hole in your computer.
It will have a little pic of what looks like a cord.
