Sometimes I wonder if he really did. At first, he was pleading not guilty. But since everyone involved started accusing him, pleading guilty over not guilty on a case you clearly will not win is just the best way to minimize jail time. If he really did do it, then I'm glad he finally admitted to it and apologized publicly. He seemed very sincere and distressed while he was apologizing, and my respect for him has not gone down at all. He is still a great football player and shouldn't lose everything for something like this. I figure if Kobe Bryant could rape a girl and be on the USA team for the Olympics and still play for the NBA, then why can't Vick still play for the Falcons? Why waste a very valuable player for something that people will quickly get over as soon as some other professional athlete makes a mistake?
Though my heart goes out to him, I'll say this much: it would be nice to watch a nice football game without having to hear about this. They're really burying this deep into the ground. Do us all a favor and let it go. Football season shouldn't have such a negative undertone because of one player's mistakes.

He deserves to serve twenty to forty years in prison. He isn't sorry for what he did. He only regrets it because he got caught. Vick needs to work, without pay, in an animal shelter, cleaning cages and seeing first-hand what animal-cruetly is really like. He should also be required to donate $5 billion of his earnings to the SPCA. I really hope the judge doesn't go easy on him.

He could be puffed up yet he's a particular participant, suitable for the wildcat offense. If he joins a wildcat offense it would help that team out actually. because of the fact that greater communities are employing wildcat he's getting various interest.

Eat your pig, eat your chicken, eat your fish, eat your cow, eat your cat, eat your dog...yum, yum, yum.
I for one love barbecued dog. If you have never eaten barbecued Labradors, you are missing out. I had to go to Taiwan for that.
I think that Michael Vic's dogs should be roasted or barbecued and they should hold a big party. By the way, what is wrong with what Michael Vick did? It seems extremely hypocritical to charge him but let everyone in our food industry go free.
His dogs were treated no worse than the gazillion animals in America that are grown for food. What's the difference? And don't tell me that the difference is that his actions were illegal while the actions of the food industry are legal. We all know that. The question is an ethical one, not a legal one.

I was disappointed in his apology because he said what he did was "immature". I dont see what he did as an immature act. It was vicious, cruel and disgusting.... I hope he does "grow up" and change his ways but i still dont think he should play in the NFL anymore. I think he has caused enough problems for his team and the NFL in general with all the stuff he has done. he should be thankful he got a chance and move on.
