spybot...ad-aware...windows defender..spyware blaster are all good anti-spyware u can get them at www.download.com just type the name in the search and download them. it is a very safe website i use it often.. also u should use at least 2 of the programs i use 3. gl

I find Spybot and Ad-Aware (both free) do an excellent job when used together. They use different approaches, so use both.
