A social conservative can be from any party.

Generally Republican. Most of the democrats have left the party. The exception tends to be the Northeast Catholics.

Who knows? With all the different factions of conservatives I doubt they even know. What ever happened to Goldwater conservatives?

Well that depends...where do they stand on other issues?
There are conservatives in both parties...people on here tend to forget that.

it depends on where he places his/her priorities... are "social conservative" issues are the only real concern for the person... then Republican probably...

if he values the issue of abortion and gay marriage over most other issues... then Republican...

if getting out of the war, debt or poverty is a bigger issue... then democrat...

your in the middle of the political spectrum...you would be classified as no party you vote on the candidate you feel best represents your views no matter what party

Republican (Especially the ones who espouse 'moral hygiene' in public, but then totally go immoral when they think nobody's looking).
