Wow...you went a long way around the city to simply ask if we are alone in the Universe...Hmm-m.
I guess, to give you a straignt answer, you really must explain what "alone" means to you... If you had a bird, would you be alone? If you had a fish, would you be alone? If not, then NO, we are not alone.
Now, if you mean that you must have other people out there in the Universe to "not be alone," then the chances that we are alone are much greater.
The probability that there is life "of one kind or another" on distant planets within the Universe is quite good. You must accept, however, that this LIFE might well be Insects, Birds, Fish, Reptiles, etc. The probability of finding Mammals is not as good. And, more specific to your question, if you look at all the various species included within the species type called mammals, only monkeys/Apes and Man have human form. So the choices for development of Man are something like one in 2500 in the Mammal Category. Now look at the number of verious types of insects...tens of thousands. And, look at the diferent species of of Birds...more than 10,000.
Look at the number of Fish species and reptile species...huge numbers of them. Apes, Monkeys and Man are just three of the possible life forms that could exist out there somewhere. And, for them to have evolved into what we know as human beings would most likely require that the distant Earthlike Planet had gone through exactly the identical set of climate changes, and other events that Earth has experienced in its 5 Billion year life span. That requirement will be VERY HARD for any earthlike planet to meet. Therefore, the possibility for mankind to develop on that earthlike planet is slim to non-existant, but it might take place in a million years or so. Or, human development might have already occurred and mankind been wiped out by some global catastrophe or some terrible disease long, long ago. And, finally, human development on the distant planet might just now be entering the Cave Man stage which is not to far distant from the wild Apes and Baboons we see in the jungles of the world today.
I do not feel like we are going to locate a modern, civilized world any time soon. Certainly what we find will not be affiliated with AT&T or Sony Corp.

We didn't "track and discover UFO and unexplainable evidence of ghost, spirit, demon". There is no scientific evidence or proof of aliens on Earth, ghosts or any of the rest.
But life of some kind could very well exist on other worlds. Intelligent beings, monsters, demons, gods... we don't know.
Scientists are actively searching the planets in our solar system and the planets found around other stars for evidence of the possibility of life.
So we don't know if we are alone. Most of us believe we aren't alone, that there are other creatures of all kinds (good and bad) in the universe.
We just don't have any proof (yet).

1) We have never observed or discovered a UFO.
2) We have never observed spirits, demons, or ghosts.
3) Evolution is science. Creation is religion. It is not science, nor is it a viable alternative to science.
4) Probably not. But we don't know for certain yet.
