When i was chatting w/my fren, suddenly i received a message from her such as:?

"please open this coolpic at my vacation...", then i opened it, apparently it was virus from coolpic, and now i'm really in trouble beause of this virus slow down my PC. Can you help me find the best way to get rid of it, i already tried several antivirus, doesnt work yet..really sucks!!!

Hard to tell what virus you have. If you can, boot into safe mode, remove all your restore points, run your antivirus software again. Then reboot and turn your system restore back on. If this makes no sense to you, find a repairman or a computer enthusiast who is willing to help you.
