i have a female betta and she refuses to eat anything else, whenever i try to give her dried blood worms or betta bites she either spits it out or just acts confused and holds the pellet in her mouth like she doesn't know what to do w/ it

It won;t hurt them, but it's far from the best food around. It's too high in fat and contains the wrong mix of amino acids for the best health of the fish. A little every so often is fine as long as you aren't using it as a main food source.

Oh yeah Is Ok to feed the Bettas with it. You can also use it with Betta fry because it has lots of vitamin for the bettas.

A small amount is fine, but probably messy. I wouldn't feed it strictly that though for it's diet, needs more variety like flakes, pellets, bloodworms, etc.

A small amount shouldn't be bad, If you feed them as their staple diet, it might make your tank messy and stuff.

Mine LOVES it.

That's how I taught him his tricks, he'll do ANYTHING for egg yolk!

Just a little though, it's messy.
