As long as they were the same style like you said, yes. My friend already does - one orange and one blue, very old school style tennis shoes with white rubber and laces. The only problem is you'd have to buy two pairs - unless a shoe went missing or there was a mistake in inventory, they won't offer you deals on mis-matched items. The good thing about that, though, is you have an extra pair incase something happens to the first pair. I believe there's actually a movie called "The Man With One Red Shoe".. I can't remember exactly what it was about, but someone was stalked by a government agent because he mis-matched his shoes in the morning.. oops! Anyways, I hope that answers your question. Were you thinking of diffrent coloured shoes? :)

I wore 2 different shoes to school once, only a couple people noticed. They were pretty much the same, but the bottoms were different colors.

No, But I've worn different colored socks before. In fact I do it all the time. I save my mis-matched socks to wear with my boots. I wear boots a lot since I'm Texan.

All teams are supposed to wear the same colored shoes, the one exception is the kicker... Kickers wear specialty shoes that are similar to a soccer cleat. It has a harder shell tip of shoe to the tongue.

probably not. but, i guess, it would depend on where i was going, who i was meeting, and how they were dressed. i'd wear two different color shoes to fit in but not to stand out.
