I can definately relate to this one. I found a link that gives a little (not much) reasoning behind it.

Yes! That along with feeling sick, cramps, bloating, not being able to eat because i feel so sick. I have had it for the past 2 months and its how i know my periods coming, the day before i get diarrhea then all through out then i get blocked up afterwards, but thats probably just the anti diareah tablets finally doing there job! But now im seeing a specialist about endometriosis, because i found out that its NOT normal for a girl to have to put up with this for 1-2 weeks ever month!
its terrible and you shouldnt have to deal with it!

Hi,
Yes, I do. I've always wondered if it was just me and I guess it isn't. I always have a day right before my period where I feel like crap....headache, diarrhea, sometimes nausea, and always cramps. I just take some Tylenol and take a nap and that usually works.

No I sure don't but I would recommend having this checked out by your doctor to see what they think is going on. Having diarrhea during your period (especially) is not a normal thing to have going on.

YES.

Sometimes I get seriously horrible stomach problems before/during my period. It's a terrible thing....

I feel for you. Seriously

Though UNFORTUNATELY it's normal.

yeah definitely yeah........

because during period the hormonal change makes ur body under stress and stress lower ur resistance and the normal bacterial count in ur GIT is altered and such disturbance lead to diarrhea besides u can feel that ur tummy is alittle bit larger all that is normal

Unfortunately yes, always have..it has to do with the hormones and relaxing in the bowels..another little goody to go along with the moodiness, bloating and cramping...;)
