This is a very desirable lifestyle...Feasting on the deep is very satisfying....my soul is sooooo nourished and appreciative...Fasting on the shallows...also very satisfying...prevents much indigestion as I think it is the shallows that causes heartburn....

If I feasted on the deep in the sea of China, I'd be really hungry an hour later...
Seriously, pretty hungry an hour later. When your soul is so filled with such a rich passion, it's hard to return to anything but. The problem is that one can be lost if one ventures too deep for too long.
Peace

My soul is starving, famished, because I've fasted on the shallows for so long that I've forgotten what it's like to feast on the deep.
Translation? It's been a decade since I experienced great love and grand passion, and several years since I knew deep, true spirituality. I can reconnect with my spirituality, but I'm afraid my days of emotional/physical passion are over.

How can my soul be hungry then flutter if I have feasted on the deep within :))) It is in the shallows that the soul hungers for the ascetic ways to be :)))The more we meditate and understand our souls in a profound way that is deeply with God as our helper we can never go hungry :)))

My soul is satisfied with the feasts from the deep, and does not crave that which comes from the shallows. What is there in the shallows that compares to the wonders and mystery of the deep? I want for nothing more than what I need; what I need is what my heart desires. My heart yearns for mystery... for untold wonders.

Still hungry, but not desperately or intolerably. Fasting is a creative fuel for some. Hunger is the fire that is lit at night and stays lit till morning. I want the light to stay lit.

If I feast on too much deep I get heartburn. I think the deep is a little too salty for me.

I am still found yearning for the profound and sated with the ephemeral...The fathomless is but an ever-enticing morsel of ambrosia...forever appetizing.

Run your fingers through my soul. For once, just once, feel exactly what I feel, believe what I believe, perceive as I perceive, look, experience, examine, and for once; just once, understand
