A Visa gift card (Kroger), Blockbuster gift card, American Eagle, Gap, Banana, etc. or even Starbucks. Or get her a fluffy new pillow for her bed or a supersized towel with her name embroidered on it (Land's End). Anything that would pamper her, she'll enjoy. How about a gift certificate for a mani/pedi. (No waxing, please, or your sister will hate you forever!).

Get her a gift card for Itunes or a subscription to MP3 Rocket, every teen loves music.
Or maybe a gift card to Nine West shoes, they're really in style these days.
If she likes computer games, she might like Sims 2, it's a really fun PC game. =)
