Fortunately for us, President Hillary Clinton will have a brain and will understand that by having a solid foreign policy that things like nuclear attacks can certainly be prevented. Let's face it, the US was attacked when Bush Jr. was sitting in office & he has been unable to locate the main perpetrator!
