Connect your modem to a wireless router.

I like Linksys, but any will work.

I do reccomend a wireless card for your second pc that is the same make as the router you choose.

Stop at best buy for more help.

How far apart are the two rooms? What you need is a router (wired or wireless, advantages/disadvantages to both). Bellsouth may sell you what you need, explain the problem. Or find a local coputer geek to set it up for you.

you don't need bellsouth for this. just head for the nearest store and get yourself a wireless router.

attach the router to the DSL modem and all your machines will connect.

Install a router. Bell south may sell a wireless router like att does out here. they will send you the instructions for setting it up. Price for the wireless router from att (with their service is < $100

Is the "box" a wireless box? If not you would be better off getting a "wireless router".

Call Bellsouth/AT&T and have them to install a wireless router that will be safe and securied wirelessly so others can not use your service.
