i am doing a survey fr my goverenment class i am to ask around to see where people have heared all man are created equal??

This is not a place to do a survey like that. Many people will do a quick search, find the right answer, and give you that. Better would be to walk down the street asking people.

That is a statement assumed by the drafters of the Declaration of Independence, USA, 1776. (It isn't completely true) The premise is that a 'ruling class' or 'caste system' is the result of man's and not God's agenda, and may be morally revolted against in the case of neglect or abuse by any government of their subjects.
In other words, any King retains his power and authority by the assent of those ruled over, and not by any 'divine right' as assumed by the King, who was successfully revolted against.
