Let me clear something up here. Immaculate Conception is the Roman Catholic doctrine that the Virgin Mary was conceived without any stain of original sin. You are referring to the Virgin Birth. And with today's technology , a virgin can have a baby without having sex.

It's the 21st century. And if you mean a baby without sex, then yes, it is possible. If you mean without sperm, I think it could be possible by the end of the century, especially if cloning counts. As for conceiving a child because of divine intervention, it's definitely possible (because God can do anything), but it doesn't seem very likely that He would have to do that again.

FYI - "immaculate conception" has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that a virgin conceived Jesus. It refers to the fact that Jesus' mother Mary was conceived with no sin. This is a stupid question anyway.

Possible in the same way the first one was possible: God had that power then and has it now, still.

However, there is (as far as I know) no need for another immaculate conception, so we likely won't have another one.

If you believe that it happened in the first place then yes it's possible. No one who was alive then is alive now to prove it happened and same goes for anyone to prove it didnt happen. Just one of those things.
