We are not a pro active government. We are reactive. We never do anything to rock the boat, usually so, we tend to get our selves in deeper over our head by only responding when things seem to be a point of catastrophy. We will begin to run differently when people begin making sacrifices based on the good for the entire nation. When we can all agree on something. Maybe then, but, thats never going to happen and if it does, it probably won't be the USA anymore.

Well this whole society is based on fear so i mean just expect everyone to react irrationally when people are afraid of anything. A great president once said "There is nothing to fear, but fear itself" why cant we have another president with those guidelines.

The Bush propaganda machine duped the majority of the American public into supporting a war that never needed to be fought. Their strategy was simple. They just used the media to continually repeat their lies. Eventually gullible members of the public believed them. The results have been catastrophic for our country.

Bush lied and our soldiers died and continue to die in a war that never needed to be fought. Bush lied...and continues to lie...and Iraqi civilians whose only crime was to have had the misfortune of being born in Iraq die in a war that never needed to be fought.
